Open Plan a drive and the map shows the houses you have saved and, if you have Deal Radar, your scored leads around you, with the five best already picked. Tap houses on or off, or pick again with Top 3 or Top 5. Find the best route puts up to 25 stops in the quickest order, with traffic, and tells you the miles, the time and when you will be done, a minute at each stop counted in. The drive can end where you started, at your last stop, or at an address up to 100 miles away, like home or the office.

Lock the phone. The drive keeps recording.

Start the drive and the map records every street you cover. The screen stays on, and the drive keeps recording if you lock the phone or switch apps. On a planned drive, the next stop waits at the bottom with how far away it is, and each one ticks itself off when you get there. Skip puts a stop off till last, and Directions hands the rest to Google Maps. Saving and the camera unlock when the car stops, unless you tick Someone else is driving.

Three questions. One screen.

Which house is it? The app finds the address you are at and lists the houses next door under it, because a phone’s GPS can be a house or two off. What do you see? Tap what applies, from Looks vacant to a for-sale-by-owner sign. Then up to three photos, each stamped with where and when you took it, and a note if you want one. EstiMate looks at the first photo and ticks what it sees, for you to keep or untick. Not on a drive? Just save the house you are standing at. Save never waits for signal: the house stays on the phone and uploads when you are back in range.

Know who owns it before you pull away.

Save a house and the app looks up its public record: who owns it, whether they live there and where their mail goes, how long they have owned it and what they paid, what it is worth and the equity, and the warning signs, like vacant, pre-foreclosure, a tax lien or taxes behind. The record uses your EstiMate credits, once per house; out of credits, the house still saves and one tap looks it up later. Skip tracing the owner’s phone is 15¢ a match, or 10¢ with any REILink plan, charged only if a phone or email turns up, and a number on the Do Not Call list is marked and asks before it dials.

Your scored leads, on the map you drive.

If you have Deal Radar, your leads show on the drive map with their scores, and one switch shows or hides them. Tap one to see why it scores and who owns it, then open it in Deal Radar or get directions. Save a house at a lead’s address and it says so, with the score. Plan a drive starts from your five best.

Can’t go yourself? Send a Scout.

Built for virtual wholesalers. Pick a target area where Scout operates, and a verified local Scout drives it for you with Driving 4 Deals, saving the houses that look promising. Before your first drive.

What does a lookup cost?
Saving a house looks up the owner and value with your EstiMate credits, once per house. Out of credits, the house still saves and one tap looks it up later. Skip tracing the owner’s phone is 15¢ a match, or 10¢ with any REILink plan, charged only when a phone or email turns up.
Do I need an EstiMate plan?
No. Driving 4 Deals comes with any REILink account. Start estimate opens EstiMate, which is free for a week from your first property.
Is it its own app?
Both. It is inside the EstiMate app, and it also comes as its own app, Driving 4 Deals, that opens straight on the map. Same account, same saved houses.
Do I need Deal Radar or Apex Vivus?
No. Plan a drive works with the houses you have saved. With Deal Radar, your scored leads show on the map and in the plan. With Apex Vivus, a saved house becomes a lead in one tap.
What if I lose signal?
Keep driving. Drives, houses and photos wait on the phone and upload when you are back in range, even if your sign-in runs out on the way.
Is it safe to use while driving?
Saving and the camera unlock only when the car stops. If someone else is driving, tick Someone else is driving and the passenger can save on the move.
Does it keep recording if I switch to Google Maps?
Yes. The drive records with the phone locked or another app in front, until you end it.
Can the drive end at home?
Yes. End it where you started, at your last stop, or at any address up to 100 miles away.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Everyone on your account uses it, each with their own sign-in.
Can someone go for me?
